Easy to Install Home Gym Rubber Flooring
Choosing a type of flooring for your home gym should take into consideration the ease of installation. Easy to install home gym rubber flooring is one option.Here are the options in the different types of rubber flooring available.
Rubber mats are very durable. They were originally created for livestock stalls to prevent slipping and falling. They are dense, with thicknesses of 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, and 3/4 inches. They come in solid black or in colors to fit your decor.
Interlocking rubber tiles are another option for basement home gym floors. These tiles are cut from rolled rubber flooring into puzzle-like shapes to fit snugly together. These can be easily installed, removed and replaced when they become damaged.
Rolled Rubber Flooring is a good option for covering a large space quickly. The rolls are usually four foot wide widths and lengths up to 70 feet. Rubber flooring rolls come in 1/8 inch thickness up to 1/2 inch thickness. The thinner product is good for under machines, but should be glued to prevent tearing.
