What do you have in commercial and institutional gym flooring that will stand up to a busy gym, weight room, health club, university / school fitness center or physical therapy office.

Our entire line of rubber sports flooring is commercial grade and quality. It is the same material that has been used as commercial gym flooring for years in many of the largest chains across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Chances are if you are a member of large fitness chain you have already walked on and worked out on our flooring.

Our rubber flooring was originally made for the commercial gym flooring market and we have experienced many years of success with our durable and great looking material.

How is it different from your residential flooring?

We made the decision a long time ago to make only one grade of flooring and to not skimp on our residential line. By having only one commercial grade we ensure that it does not matter if you are a fitness club, school, university, physical therapy office or a home gym, you will be receiving the same high quality material that has been tested and proven by many gyms across the country.

What are my options for my commercial facility?

Most commercial gyms and health clubs use our rolled material to cover large areas. The rubber rolls are one of the most economical options to cover a large area with a nearly seamless look. These rolls are designed to provide the perfect amount of cushioned resilience and durability and will hold up for many years while maintaining there great looks.

What about smaller gyms.

Smaller gyms are still a perfect fit for our rolled rubber flooring although if you are looking for something less permanent you can always use our interlocking rubber floor tiles. The interlocking tiles do not require any adhesive and if you are planning on expanding or moving your gym to a new location, you can always pull them up and take them with you.

What thickness is used in most gyms?

The standard in the industry has been 3/8” thick or 5/16” thick material. Most commercial gyms do not use Ľ” material since it is a bit thinner and will not give as much protection from dropped weights. Another reason 3/8” or 5/16” thick is often used is these thicker materials are more forgiving when it comes to a less than perfect sub floor. The Ľ” requires the sub floor to be in good shape as it will show the imperfections more than the thicker floors.

What about free weight areas?

Both our rolled rubber and interlocking tiles work great and are in installed in many free weight areas. If you are looking for something thicker, our Ultra FW line is perfect at an incredible 1” thick. These Ultra FW tiles are 24” x 24” and are connected with dowels instead of being glued to the floor. The big advantage of this is that they last for years provide the most amount of cushion from dropped weights and individual tiles can be replaced if needed.

What about colors?
